COVID-19 Update

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we are open but by appointment only. We would ask customers to kindly contact us before coming to the shop so we can book you a time slot. This will minimise queuing and reduce clusters of people both inside and outside the shop for the safety of all and to comply with government guidelines.

Update - November 5th

As from Thursday (05.11.20), to support the fight against COVID-19, we are encouraging our customers to use our click and collect service to get your fishkeeping supplies and livestock. You can contact us on here, by calling 01865 241825 or emailing us on info@thegoldfishbowl.co.uk, to put your orders through for collection at a pre-arranged time.

Click and collect orders for most dry goods including food, filter medias, water conditioners etc. can also be processed via our online shop on our website. You can also select products for home delivery here.
As we did in the first lockdown, we will also be limiting store visits and will be encouraging customers to use our click and collect / home delivery service instead. When it comes to livestock, we will be hand selecting these for you. This will only be in place for the duration of the lockdown and appreciate your support and understanding with this.

We will be continuing to offer water tests and RO / salt water. Water tests will be charged at £2 and RO water at £3 (10L) and £5 (25L) but these charges will be offset against any purchases made of dry goods or livestock at the same time. Saltwater will continue to be charged at £3 (10L) and £5 (25L) respectively.

We appreciate your cooperation with these temporary measures we have put in place to ensure both our customers’ safety and that of our staff, too.
