The Goldfish Bowl - Complete Novice
As a complete novice I went in to the shop and staff couldn't do enough to help me. Gave me lots of advice and very patient with me as I absorbed all the information. You could tell that these guys are very passionate about fish keeping (is that the term??) and absolutely no hard sell. Also said I could phone anytime for any help or message in their Facebook page. Excellent customer service!
