After many many years shopping here, I needed advise about how to move my 300l planted tropical to Cornwall. As usual they didn’t let me down, they have great advise, I was less stressed and the tank moved ok. now 3 weeks later all the fish and plants have survived. Gutted that I’ve moved so far away from my favourite aquarium shop, but happy to recommend them.

Absolutely the most fantastic fish store around Oxfordshire! Amazing service from every member of staff in store with great knowledge of all fish! These guys have helped me from day 1 of my fish keeping hobby and never once have they been unhelpful. The quality of the fish they sell is 5 star. Overall I’d recommend this store over any and if you need advice give them a call there allways there to help!

After previously having freshwater fish we moved to marine, Barry and his teams advice and expertise in this has helped us to make the best decisions based on our budget, our goals and most importantly the health of the fish. Even in an emergency situation Barry waited at the shop for an additional 2 hours after closing time to provide us with treatment and advice to save our fish. Throughout this process Barry was there around the clock to provide us with any help we needed. He asked us for daily updates and constantly reminded us that we was in it together. Even after completing the treatment cycle Barry still wanted to know what was happening with the tank and asks us every time we see him. Barry and his team are full of knowledge and have years of experience , we would highly recommend anyone wanting to set up a tank or get advice to visit the store. Barry has and always will have the health of the fish as his main priority.
